DCM-4222
The DCM-4222 is the second-largest model in the DCM series: 3,500 × 2,000 mm table, load of 10,000 kg and travels of 4200 mm in X, 2760 mm in Y and 800 (1000) mm in Z.
The spindle taper is BT-50, with 18.5 / 22 / 30 kW of power in the Fanuc configuration; rapid traverse is 15 m/min on all three axes and the weight is approx. 35,900 kg.
Compared with the DCM-3222 the length changes: X travel of 4200 mm instead of 3200 mm and a 3,500 mm table instead of 3,000 mm, with a load of 10,000 kg. The DCM-5227, the largest model in the series, reaches 5200 mm in X with a 4,500 × 2,000 mm table and a load of 12,000 kg.
