DCM-5227
The DCM-5227 is the largest model in the DCM series: 4,500 × 2,000 mm table, load of 12,000 kg and travels of 5200 mm in X, 2760 mm in Y and 800 (1000) mm in Z.
The spindle taper is BT-50, with 18.5 / 22 / 30 kW of power in the Fanuc configuration; rapid traverse is 15 m/min on all three axes and the weight is approx. 38,000 kg.
Compared with the DCM-4222 (X travel of 4200 mm, 3,500 × 2,000 mm table, 10,000 kg) it adds X travel, table length and load, with the same Y and Z travels, taper, power and rapid traverse.
