GX-100 SUPER
The GX-100 SUPER machines workpieces with a standard turning diameter of 100 mm (max 165 mm) and length up to 200 mm, with travel of 360 mm in X and 200 mm in Z and rapid traverse of 24 m/min.
The spindle has an A2-5 nose, a 54 mm bore and a 165 mm three-jaw chuck; power is 5.5 / 7.5 kW in the Fanuc configuration. Weight is approx. 2,500 kg.
Compared with the GX-100 JR. PLUS (90 mm standard, 150 mm length, 3.7 / 5.5 kW Siemens) it has the same nose and the same bore, but a larger working area and more power. The GX-200 SUPER, with the same travel, takes the standard diameter to 200 mm and is fitted with an A2-6 nose, a 63 mm bore and 7.5 / 11 kW.
