PRO-100 TURRET
The PRO-100 TURRET is one of the two models in the PRO series with a max turning diameter of 250 mm: it machines workpieces up to 200 mm in length, with travel of 420 mm in X and 200 mm in Z and rapid traverse of 24 m/min.
The spindle has an A2-5 nose, a 165 mm three-jaw chuck and 32 mm bar capacity; power is 5.5 kW in the Fanuc configuration. Weight is approx. 2,100 kg.
Compared with the PRO-100, with the same spindle, the turning diameter rises from 150 to 250 mm and the length falls from 280 to 200 mm. The PRO-200 TURRET has the same turning diameter with an A2-6 nose, 7.5 kW and 42 mm bar capacity, but a turning length of 150 mm.
