TURBO-500
The TURBO-500 is the second model of the Turbo series: a vertical machining centre with a 650 × 400 mm table and a table load of 350 kg, travel of 500 mm in X, 450 mm in Y and 400 mm in Z and rapid traverse of 24 m/min on all three axes.
The spindle has a BT-40 taper and power of 5.5 / 7.5 kW. The stated CNC controls are Mitsubishi M80B, Fanuc Oi MF Plus and Siemens 828D. The machine weighs approx. 2,800 kg, with a footprint of approx. 1750 × 2620 × 2520 mm (W × D × H).
Compared with the TURBO-400, with a 630 × 300 mm table and travel of 400 / 350 / 400 mm, it grows in X and Y with the same Z travel. The TURBO-600, with the same spindle, takes the table to 750 × 400 mm, the travel to 600 mm in X and 500 mm in Z and the table load to 400 kg.
