TURN O MILL-300
The TURN O MILL-300 is the largest model in the TURN O MILL series: standard turning diameter of 300 mm, max 350 mm, swing over bed of 550 mm, max turning length of 500 mm and distance between centres of 600 mm.
The spindle has an A2-8 nose, a speed of 50 – 2,500 rpm and 11 / 15 kW of power (P series) in the Fanuc configuration. The turret has 12 stations, with VDI 40 live tool holders up to 5,000 rpm.
Compared with the TURN O MILL-200 (diameters of 200 / 250 mm, A2-6, 7.5 / 11 kW, VDI 30) it machines larger diameters with the same turning length and distance between centres, with a larger nose and more power; the max spindle speed is 2,500 rpm instead of 3,000.
