GX-100 JR. TWIN
The GX-100 JR. TWIN machines workpieces with a standard turning diameter of 90 mm (max 165 mm) and length up to 125 mm; travel is 250 mm in X and 390 mm in Z, with rapid traverse of 24 m/min.
The spindle has an A2-4 nose, a 40 mm bore and a 135 mm chuck; power is 3.7 / 5.5 kW in the Siemens configuration. Weight is approx. 3,800 kg.
Compared with the GX-100 JUNIOR, with the same spindle and the same power, it has a Z travel of 390 mm instead of 150 mm and a max turning diameter of 165 mm instead of 135 mm, with a turning length of 125 mm. The GX-100 TWIN steps up to an A2-5 nose, a 54 mm bore and 5.5 / 7.5 kW.
