LX-1000
The LX-1000 is the entry model of the LX series: a CNC lathe for workpieces up to 630 mm in diameter and 1,050 mm in length, with a swing over carriage of 400 mm, travel of 325 mm in X and 1,050 mm in Z and rapid traverse of 20 m/min on both axes.
The spindle has an A2-8 nose and a 90 mm through bore, with speeds from 50 to 2,500 rpm; power is 11 / 15 (P) kW in the Fanuc configuration. The stated weight is approx. 6,800 kg.
The LX-1000 SUPER has a larger spindle, with A2-11 nose, 110 mm bore and 15 / 18 (P) kW, but a max speed of 1,500 rpm and a turning length of 1,025 mm. For longer workpieces with the same spindle as the LX-1000 there is the LX-1500, which reaches 1,525 mm.
