LX-1500
The LX-1500 extends the working area of the LX series: workpieces up to 630 mm in diameter and 1,525 mm in length, with a swing over carriage of 400 mm, travel of 325 mm in X and 1,525 mm in Z and rapid traverse of 20 m/min on both axes.
The spindle has an A2-8 nose and a 90 mm through bore, with speeds from 50 to 2,500 rpm and power of 11 / 15 (P) kW in the Fanuc configuration.
It has the same spindle as the LX-1000, which stops at 1,050 mm of turning length, while the LX-2000 reaches 2,025 mm. With the same working area, the LX-1500 SUPER has an A2-11 nose, 110 mm bore and 15 / 18 (P) kW, with a max speed of 1,500 rpm: worth considering when machining larger-diameter bars.
