TURBO-800
The TURBO-800 is the largest model of the Turbo series: a vertical machining centre with a 1,000 × 500 mm table and a table load of 500 kg, travel of 800 mm in X, 500 mm in Y and 500 mm in Z and rapid traverse of 24 m/min on all three axes.
The spindle has a BT-40 taper and power of 7.5 / 11 kW: it is the only model in the series with this power, compared with 5.5 / 7.5 kW for the others. The stated CNC controls are Mitsubishi M80B, Fanuc Oi MF Plus and Siemens 828D. The machine weighs approx. 4,600 kg, with a footprint of approx. 2602 × 2842 × 2878 mm (W × D × H).
Compared with the TURBO-700, with an 850 × 400 mm table, travel of 700 / 450 / 500 mm and a table load of 400 kg, it grows in table, X and Y travel, table load and spindle power, with the same BT-40 taper, rapid traverse and stated controls.
