MONO-1000
The MONO-1000 is the entry model in the Large series: workpieces up to 350 mm in diameter and 1,025 mm in length, with a swing over carriage of 250 mm, travel of 185 mm in X and 1,025 mm in Z and rapid traverse of 24 m/min.
The spindle has an A2-6 nose, a 63 mm through bore and a 200 mm three-jaw chuck; power is 11 / 15 kW in the Fanuc configuration. The stated weight is approx. 5,100 kg.
With the same working area, the MONO-1000 SUPER is fitted with a larger spindle, with an A2-8 nose, a 90 mm bore and a 250 mm chuck; for longer workpieces, the MONO-1200 takes the turning length to 1,225 mm with the same spindle.
