LX-2500 SUPER
The LX-2500 SUPER combines the 2,500 mm turning length with the larger spindle of the LX series: workpieces up to 630 mm in diameter, swing over carriage of 400 mm, travel of 325 mm in X and 2,500 mm in Z and rapid traverse of 20 m/min in X and 12 m/min in Z.
The spindle has an A2-11 nose, a 110 mm through bore and speeds from 50 to 1,500 rpm, with power of 15 / 18 (P) kW in the Fanuc configuration.
Compared with the LX-2500 only the spindle changes: 110 mm bore instead of 90 mm and 15 / 18 (P) kW instead of 11 / 15 (P) kW, with a max speed of 1,500 rpm instead of 2,500. With the same spindle, the LX-2000 SUPER stops at 2,025 mm of turning length and the LX-3000 SUPER reaches 3,000 mm, with a Z rapid traverse of 10 m/min.
