LX-3000 SUPER

The LX-3000 SUPER is the most capable model of the LX series: it combines the longest turning length, 3,000 mm, with the larger spindle, for workpieces up to 630 mm in diameter with a swing over carriage of 400 mm, travel of 325 mm in X and 3,000 mm in Z and rapid traverse of 20 m/min in X and 10 m/min in Z.

The spindle has an A2-11 nose, a 110 mm through bore and speeds from 50 to 1,500 rpm, with power of 15 / 18 (P) kW in the Fanuc configuration. In the LX series it is the only model that combines 3,000 mm of turning length with the 110 mm bore.

Compared with the LX-3000 only the spindle changes: 110 mm bore instead of 90 mm and 15 / 18 (P) kW instead of 11 / 15 (P) kW, with a max speed of 1,500 rpm instead of 2,500. If 2,500 mm of turning length is enough, the LX-2500 SUPER has the same spindle and a Z rapid traverse of 12 m/min.
