MONO-250
The MONO-250 machines workpieces up to 350 mm in diameter and 550 mm in length, with a swing over carriage of 350 mm, travel of 185 mm in X and 550 mm in Z and rapid traverse of 24 m/min: the same working area as the MONO-200.
The spindle has an A2-6 nose, a 63 mm through bore and a 250 mm three-jaw chuck; power is 11 / 15 kW in the Fanuc configuration. The stated weight is approx. 4,050 kg.
Compared with the MONO-200 (200 mm chuck, 9 / 12 kW (P)) the chuck and power change, with the same spindle nose and bore. For longer workpieces, the MONO-250 XL takes the turning length to 700 mm with the same spindle.
