MONO-300 SUPER
The MONO-300 SUPER opens the top range of the MONO series: workpieces up to 500 mm in diameter and 550 mm in length, with a swing over carriage of 500 mm, travel of 260 mm in X and 550 mm in Z and rapid traverse of 24 m/min.
The spindle has an A2-8 nose, a 90 mm through bore and a 305 mm three-jaw chuck; power is 11 / 15 kW (P) in the Fanuc configuration. The stated weight is approx. 5,000 kg.
For longer workpieces, the MONO-300 SUPER XL takes the turning length to 800 mm with the same spindle. The MONO-400, with 525 mm turning length, instead moves up to an A2-11 nose, a 110 mm bore, a 380 mm chuck and 15 / 18.5 kW (P): to be considered for bars or workpieces to be clamped with a larger diameter.
