MONO-400 XL
The MONO-400 XL is the largest model in the MONO series: workpieces up to 500 mm in diameter and 800 mm in length, with a swing over carriage of 500 mm, travel of 260 mm in X and 800 mm in Z and rapid traverse of 24 m/min.
The spindle has an A2-11 nose, a 110 mm through bore and a 380 mm three-jaw chuck; power is 15 / 18.5 kW (P) in the Fanuc configuration. In the MONO series it is the only model that combines an 800 mm turning length with a 110 mm through bore.
Compared with the MONO-400 the turning length increases from 525 to 800 mm, with the same spindle. The MONO-300 SUPER XL has the same working area with an A2-8 nose, a 90 mm bore, a 305 mm chuck and 11 / 15 kW (P).
