VX-400 SUPER
The VX-400 SUPER has the same working area as the VX-400: workpieces up to 320 mm in diameter and 425 mm in length, swing over carriage of 280 mm, travel of 170 mm in X and 425 mm in Z and rapid traverse of 30 m/min.
The spindle has an A2-6 nose, a 63 mm bore and a 200 mm three-jaw chuck; power is 7.5 / 11 kW in the Fanuc configuration. Weight is approx. 3,100 kg.
Compared with the VX-400 (A2-5 nose, 54 mm bore, 5.5 / 7.5 kW) it offers a larger bore and more power. The VX-550, with the same A2-6 nose and 63 mm bore, takes the turning diameter to 350 mm, the length to 550 mm and the power to 9 / 12 (P) kW.
