VX-700
The VX-700 has, together with the VX-700 SUPER, the longest turning length in the VX series: workpieces up to 350 mm in diameter and 700 mm in length, swing over carriage of 280 mm, travel of 185 mm in X and 700 mm in Z and rapid traverse of 24 m/min.
The spindle has an A2-6 nose, a 63 mm bore and a 200 mm three-jaw chuck; power is 9 / 12 (P) kW in the Fanuc configuration. Weight is approx. 3,400 kg.
Compared with the VX-550, with the same spindle and the same power, it takes the turning length from 550 to 700 mm, with rapid traverse of 24 m/min instead of 30 m/min. The VX-700 SUPER, with the same working area, is fitted with an A2-8 nose, a 90 mm bore, a 250 mm chuck and 11 / 15 kW.
